I as your speaker – in 3 sentences: I demystify the digital world and help companies to reinvent themselves. In top positions at LOREAL, HENKEL, DHL & FRAPORT, I have often succeeded. As a speaker, I share my most instructive setbacks behind the digital backdrops.

What makes my keynotes so special?
My lectures differ from other "keynotes" in that I do not tread general phrases or bore the audience with known facts, but only from my own experience as a digital executive in 4 multinational companies (Henkel, DHL, LOREAL, FRAPORT as well as own startups). I am concentrating on the topics:
- Digital transformation – what it really means and what NOT
- Data Science, Machine Learning and other buzzwords demystified
- Product and IT development as well as failure in the digital space
- Organizational development in the digital world and its hurdles

My goal is not to use buzzwords, but to make "digital transformation" tangible and understandable for everyone. From product managers to controllers, from marketers to canteen cooks. In doing so, I report unfiltered on my own failures and share what I have learned from them in an interactive, inspiring and thrilling way.


My claim for your audience:
Demystify the digital world. The digital transformation works best without a buzzword cannon, PowerPoint voodoo, rainmakers and magicians who turn it into a secret science. In my lectures, I speak plainly from experience in order to advance your company here today. There are already enough digital magicians floating around – they disrupt the digital transformation in companies. Because they make it a secret science. And want to establish a nonsensical expertise through constructed complexity. I say: get away with it! And I know what I'm talking about. Because I have already implemented each and every one of my recommendations myself or accompanied them in their consequences. I bring in more than thirteen years of professional experience "with rolled up sleeves" and combine this with the entrepreneurial spirit of four successful start-up sstart-ups.
